Pallino Pastaria was founded by Harry Roberts, who grew up in a large Italian-American family. In his household, every meal was a long, lively, and loving tribute to authentic Italian food, traditions and family life.

Our name comes from the "pallino", a small clay ball used in Bocce, a popular Italian game of skill that was brought to America by Italian immigrants who loved to celebrate their good fortune in the new world with informal gatherings filled with friends, family, games, and plenty of lovingly prepared fresh food.

The atmosphere you find today at Pallino is inspired by those traditional Italian family gatherings and is dedicated to fun, conviviality, and simple, delicious fare. That’s why everything we make is made fresh and served with genuine friendliness, warmth and hospitality.

Of course, we offer quick and efficient take-out service because we know that people are often pressed for time in this fast-paced world. But we’d also like to invite you to take a little extra time when you can, to sit down and savor the experience of enjoying real Italian food made with fresh, natural ingredients.
