Pallino has been operating the premier Italian Restaurant in the SeaTac Airport Central Terminal since 2005. We serve some of the tastiest Pizza, Pasta, Salads and Sandwiches found anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. We feed hundreds of travelers each day.

We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to fill the following positions. We have openings for both experienced and apprentice candidates.

Cashier/Customer Service – Work on our front line interacting with guests, answering questions and making suggestions to them with their order and assisting in the preparation of their food.

Pizzaiolo – Work on our front line preparing pizza in our rotating Marra Forni pizza oven. Must have previous pizza experience and dough handling skills.

Front Line Cook – Prepare pasta, piadina, sandwich and breakfast options on our front line in view of our guests.

Porter – Assist with the receiving, storing and managing inventory on a day to day basis and helping with routine housekeeping and cleaning tasks.

Kitchen Prep – Assist in the preparation of take-out sandwiches and salads as well as ingredient preparation for our cooked to order menu.
